We are glad to announce that the Dufour 410 and Dufour 500 Grand Large are nominated at the election 2014 BEST BOATS organised by the American Magazin SAIL. The results will be announced in the December issue of the magazin.

The Dare Dare crew has participated at the Rolex Fastnet Race in August and has finished 6th in IRC3 category and 13th at the general classification.

The Dufour 34 Baciottinho has finished in second position at the Giraglia Rolex Cup, which took place form the 15th to the 19th of June 2013, in ORC B category. The Dufour 34 "Duffy by Marina di Policoro" has finished the regatta in 6th position.

The ORC World Championship, which took place in the Dorica navy base of Ancona, ended with the participation of more than 115 boats.   The Dufour 36, « Port of La Spezia », whose owner is Silvano Botti of the Settemari Yacht dealership, came to the 7th rank in its own category, despite of the very bad weather, which influenced the continuity of the results.   MR. Serio, The Dufour-Yachts' CEO,who was present during the last days of the championship, is very pleased about these results because of the late decision to participate in these championships, and of the preparation of the crew made in less than one week.   The shipowner thanks the businesses who supported him: CGI Finance, Alvström Sails Porte Lotos, Pantaenius Assurances, Arome Group, Vitasol, Facnor, Marins Harduware. On the 28th of February, the Dufour 375 Grand Large has been awarded “Sailboat of the year 2013” in Poland. The grand final of the all year contest took place during the 25th edition of the biggest yachting fair in Poland - the 'Wiatr i Woda' that took place in Warsaw. The other competitors were the Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 379 and the Delphia 31 from Delphia Yachts in Poland. "Perfect blend of performance and space below the deck” was the main motivation for the jury. With the brand new 410 Grand Large on the stand our Polish dealer Yachts & Yachting Ltd. has won also the 'Nail of the Fair' award for the best sailing yacht during the anniversary exhibition.
